Adoctus is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company and we calculate billing on a per seat module. This means that you will only pay for the number of active Students/Learners you have in a given month.

We offer multiple ways to make payment from Electronic Funds Transfer to using a Credit/Debit Card.

We have taken extreme measures with online transactions and we do not store any card information on our end and use a PCI (Protection of Card Information) Compliant Payment gateway to facilitate transactions on our behalf.

Absolutely. Our system automatically sends you a detailed breakdown of Student/Learners that is date/time Stamped to ensure audit trails are in place.

Yes. We believe that no organization should be locked in and offer a 30-day cancellation period.
